Good news, everyone! Cancer is a thing of the past, maybe!
Tottori University, located in the reviled prefecture of Tottori, announced with great aplomb on January 25 that they have made a major breakthrough in the fight against cancer, discovering a type of molecule that could turn cancerous cells benign in a short period of time.
Of course this discovery comes out of Tottori, because there is apparently nothing at all to do in the second smallest Japanese prefecture except play pachinko and experiment with cancer cures.
